2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in Bangalore & surrounding districts
3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B
in the region.
4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER products specified.

Qualification:- MBA in Marketing
Age:- 26-30 (Male/ Female)
Experience: 3-6 years (Officer/Sr. Sales officer). Preferably worked with architects, interiors,
builders for the Projects.
Skills: Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined areas, and good in MS Excel,
Word & PPT
Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)
Geographic Knowledge: Mandatory working experience in Bangalore & surrounding districts.
He/She should be able to travel extensively.
Location: - Candidate should be based in Bangalore

Main responsibilities of the Job:

3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B

4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER products specified.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative):
– Train a certain number of roofers in a year.
– Identify and solve site issues related to the customer’s roof or the product at a minimum
amount of time.
– Test new products at the project sites and give valuable data points to the development
team.
– Locate and identify new projects and do a technical feasibility study
Challenges associated with the job :
– Travel to various cities and identify prospective contractors having an interest in roofing. Develop
them to become a trained roofing team
– Giving quick solutions to issues arising at project sites.
Qualification:- MBA (Marketing)
Experience: – 3-8 years of experience in Building Material Industry. Preferably worked with Architects, Interiors, and Builders along with the development of a channel network.

Main responsibilities of the Job:
Time office and payroll management
Review and ensure time office activities by enrolling new joiners and generating daily
attendance reports
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations,
and changes to pay rates
Resolve grievances of employees with respect to their attendance and leaves
Ensure accurate & timely payroll inputs are shared
Manpower management
Planning & allotment of manpower as per the approved headcount
To maintain all necessary reports and agreements
Optimum utilization of contract manpower

Experience: - 3 – 6 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in the Manufacturing Industry.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Skills: Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Saral PayPack) will be a
plus, excellent communication, aptitude in problem-solving, desire to work as a team with a
result-driven approach.

Consultants and contractors of the region.
2. To generate leads and bring in sales in the designated area for BMI
3. Identify new Flat roofing projects in the designated area and get BMI waterproofing products specified
in them.
4. Set up and maintain a professional applicator network in the region who are trained in
the application of our products on the roofs.
5. Identify Flat roofing products from BMI that are suitable for the Indian market.
6. Promote BMI products with support from the Marketing team.

negotiation skills

Main responsibilities of the Job:
Arrange materials in an orderly/traceable manner with proper identification marks
To receive / issue materials on day to day basis with proper documentation.
Updating store entries manually on a day-to-day basis
Maintaining the reorder levels of materials / spare parts / imported items
Preparation of monthly receipts/consumption details
Preparation of stock report by physical checking, and reporting variations, if any.
Coordination with logistics/production departments wherever required.
Follow up on materials once the Purchase Order issued
Submitting purchase bills
Issue Materials on a FIFO basis
Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative):
No discrepancy in physical and book stock
High level of housekeeping in stores
Availability of material in time to the internal stakeholders by maintaining reorder levels with the optimum level of inventory

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Store Function.
Qualities: Pressure handling, integrity, positive attitude

Knowledge: Maintaining Store records and tally (Mandatory)
