Architectural dynamics

The height of the different apartment blocks increases from north to south, starting at 6-storeys and rising to 7 and 8 storeys in the middle and finally 11 storeys in the far north. The architecture itself is dynamic thanks to the alternatively arranged wrap-around terraces and railings slightly offset to around 5 degrees. One special feature – only visible when taking a bird’s eye view of the buildings – are the green roofs fitted with Villas products to help weatherproof, waterproof and temperature control the surface.
