Before you step foot on a ladder, you need data. Our PlanMaster service is our digital roof measurement tool. By simply entering a project address, you receive a measurement report (accurate to within 95% across the whole roof area) normally within 48 hours. It doesn't eliminate the need for an onsite assessment, but it certainly streamlines the process. Our DesignMaster is for new builds or complex designs, our CAD library provides the relevant drawings for your project. The measurements you get from PlanMaster feed directly into the next stage of a project: the specification.

Once you have your dimensions, you need a technical blueprint. SpecMaster takes your project details and creates a full roof specification covering slates, tiles, underlay, fittings, accessories, fixings and ventilation. The service is led by a Project Specification Manager and comes with a 15 year design liability and weathertightness guarantee if followed.

Estimating is where many projects can go over budget due to waste or under-ordering. QuantMaster is our free estimating service that calculates the amount of tiles, underlay and accessories you need. QuantMaster provides a reliable, accurate estimate, subject to the accuracy of the information received. . You can hand this estimate to your merchant or contractor, ensuring everything you might need is on-site from Day 1.

Sometimes you don't need a full roof specification; you just need to know how to keep the tiles secure on the roof! Our easy to use calculator ensures Fixmaster provides guidance to ensure the roof tiles are fixed in accordance with BS 5534:2014+A2:2018. It takes into account local factors such as topography and wind loads the roof tiles will be subjected to.
