You will receive an invitation email from BMI Group via Candex to register as a supplier.

Follow the secure link to provide your company details, tax information, and banking instructions.

BMI Group issues a Purchase Order (PO) to Candex for the services or goods you provide.

Once the work is complete, you upload your invoice directly to the Candex portal.

BMI approves the invoice, and Candex releases the payment to your designated bank account.

Legally, your "Customer of Record" for invoicing purposes will be Candex, who acts on behalf of BMI Group. Note - For vendors already transacting with BMI, this will require a change in your financial system.

You will still coordinate directly with your usual BMI procurement or project contact for all service-related and technical matters.
