Thermazone PIR Flatboard Insulation

PIR is one of the most efficient insulation materials used in construction, it provides acoustic and thermal properties. It is rigid and durable and is commonly used in warm roof build ups.

Thermazone Roof Board is available in flat or tapered formats. Contact the BMI Icopal Technical team for further information and tapered insulation scheme design. 

There are three main variations of Thermazone PIR insulation, developed for three different installation methods: 

Mechanically fixed systems

Thermazone Foilboard has an aluminium facing and is suitable for mechanical fixing.

Torch-applied systems

Thermazone Torch-on Insulation has a torch receivable bituminous facing suitable for bituminous torch-on waterproofing systems. 

Adhered systems

Thermazone Roof board insulation has a tissue facing and is suitable for thermally activated, flame-free bituminous systems, and fully bonded single-ply systems. 

All Thermazone PIR Insulation boards are available in flat and tapered insulation board types.
