Suitable for warm and cold pitched roof systems, the triple-layer membrane allows water vapour to escape from within the roof structure while providing reliable protection against water ingress.
Thanks to its air-open, low-water vapour resistance structure, eliminates the need for additional tile, ridge or eaves ventilation, helping to address condensation risks in line with current BS 5250 guidelines, which is particularly important during the drying-out period of new homes especially during the first winter heating season.
Divoroll Air is compatible for installation in all UK wind zones in accordance with current BS 5534 guidance. For projects in higher wind exposure areas (zones 4-5), underlay laps can be sealed using ClimaTape, a new multifunctional tape from Redland that creates airtight and secure seals between underlay laps. In zones 1-3, Divoroll Air can be installed with just a battened headlap, offering flexibility and ease of application across a wide range of designs.

Mat Woodyatt, Product Manager at BMI UK & Ireland, said: “Managing ventilation for complex roof designs is a challenge, but Divoroll Air makes this much simpler. Its low-water vapour resistance structure helps remove the need for extra ventilation products while supporting compliance with the current BS 5250 code of practice.
