The Canopia ST Intensive System provides a build-up to support a wide range of intensive planting scemes subject to substrate depth . It is suitable for use on specified Icopal root-resistant flat roof waterproofing systems.
The substrate depth can vary according to the planting scheme it is designed to support
The growing substrate is able to retain water and nutrients to support strong, healthy plant growth
1. Canopia Protection Fleece RMS 300
Canopia Protection Fleece 300 is used as a separation and protection layer to reduce any point loadings on the waterproofing membrane that sits below it.
2. Canopia FKD60 Drainage Board
Canopia Drainage Board 60 is used as a water reservoir and drainage board beneath intensive green roofs.
3. Canopia Filter Fleece FIL105
Canopia Fliter Fleece 105 is used as a filter fleece to reduce the amount of fines particles reaching the drainage layer, and as a separation layer betwen pebble borders and the growing substrate.
4. Canopia Intensive Substrate
Canopia Intensive Substrate is blended growing medium designed to support planting schemes on BMI Canopia Intensive green roof systems.
5. Intensive Planting (by others)
Intensive planting by others
6. Canopia Washed Pebbles (20-40mm)
Canopia Washed Pebbles (20-40mm) are natural aggregates used to improve drainage flow rates around green roof details and create vegetation free borders and firebreaks.
The substrate depth will vary according to the planting scheme required
Utilises a specially formulated topsoil
The growing substrate is free draining, water and nutrient retentive
Suitable for growing a wide range of intensive planting schemes subject to substrate depth
The topsoil provides ideal conditions to support healthy plant growth
