This seminar looks at the essential considerations that must be given to prevent condensation within the roofspace – the largest contributor being proper ventilation tailored to the needs of the property. Ventilation methods are discussed with illustrations of both good and poor examples.

Defects in Flat Roofing looks in detail at the requirements of relevant Codes of Practice and their implementation in the installation of a Flat roof system. Both good and bad examples of flat roofing will be shown to illustrate the need to properly design, specify and supervise the installation of a high quality system.
