Which interventions benefit from bonuses and deductions

The interventions in coverage that can be carried out with bonuses are different.
By way of example, the most frequent interventions are the following:

  • House roof insulation
If the attic is already an inhabited attic or the existing attic is heated in some way, it is possible to improve internal comfort, both in summer and winter, and drastically reduce energy costs by replacing the "
”Existing - probably not very functional - and provide a performing one.
Depending on the materials chosen, their sizing and their interaction, it will be possible to enjoy one or more of the deductions mentioned above.
Each case is unique: for this reason, talk to your designer to evaluate the most convenient and functional solution.

  • The renovation of the house roof
La is one of the most common operations when thinking about one's home. Fortunately, given its importance both in logistical and economic terms, it is not an intervention that must be carried out frequently: generally, especially if things are done well, it is necessary to work on the roof with consistent work every 40-50 years. But when the time comes, you have to work with a good project and.

The restructuring can only provide for the remaking of the roof covering as well as the redefinition of an insulating system: depending on the characteristics of the latter, you can access different tax deductions. If particular dimensional or destination conditions do not allow a significant energy efficiency of the roof, it is however possible to access the restructuring bonuses of 50%.

  • Photovoltaic installation
One of the main towed interventions envisaged by the Relaunch Decree, provides for the construction of the photovoltaic system, if it is combined with at least one of the three major interventions envisaged. This applies both to individual buildings and to the common parts of condominiums and of course requires the system to be connected to the electricity network. The roof is often the site of the photovoltaic system: there are systems with total architectural integration, particularly suitable if you want to reduce the aesthetic impact.

  • Facade and roof
That is: the redefinition of the building envelope. The incentives are numerous and the improvements evident, both from a formal and functional point of view. The building will be able to take on a renewed and decidedly performing appearance in terms of energy and acoustics, through the insertion of coats and new stratigraphies on the roof. And consumption will drop dramatically.

  • Green on the roof
When the roof is flat, little or not used at all, perhaps abandoned and subject to degradation, why not improve its use - especially today, forced to house due to Covid - being able to have an outdoor space for relaxation, children's games and evenings with friends (when will it be repeated!)? The redefinition of the isolated flat stratigraphy and the inclusion of greenery will allow to increase comfort in the living rooms below and to have a more beautiful and healthy space, which mitigates the action of the climate and further isolates the rooms below. And also in this case being able to benefit from tax deductions.

How important is the choice of materials to get bonuses and deductions

It should be remembered that, for the purposes of tax deductions, the insulating materials must reach certain levels of performance and, in the case of Super Bonuses 110%, comply with the CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria).

All BMI insulation systems, for example, meet these needs, helping to defend the planet. As regards the photovoltaic system, another product that falls within the Bonuses, Indax by BMI can represent the most suitable solution for those looking for a renewable source completely integrated into the roof covering, therefore stable, waterproof and less impacting from an aesthetic point of view.

In the research phase of materials, to obtain bonuses and deductions, it is important to identify materials and stratigraphic solutions suitable for your type of roof: tiles and bent tiles of different nature and shape, waterproofing and insulating materials with high performance, products for solve every single point node, both on flat and pitched roofs.

Furthermore, the materials are covered by a guarantee of at least thirty years, synonymous with durability and efficiency.
