Central Developments chose our BMI Coverland Elite concrete roof tiles in a white farmhouse finish to  create a luxurious slate effect. 
 
In addition to our Elite tile, a number of our roofing components and systems were utilised to finish off the roofs. These included our: 

• Figaroll plus dry ridge system delivers a clean and maintenance free ridge & hip lines
• Wakaflex® premium abutment waterproofing roll to seal off the chimneys
• Radenshield Ecosential reflective underlay under the tiles to provide summer comfort
