We at BMI Coverland have for the past few weeks not been able to supply you, our customers due to the National lock down regulations.

We know that it must have been an extremely difficult time for all our customers as well, since this lock down has impacted all of our businesses countrywide. We do however believe that protecting the health and well being of our nation's citizens has to be top priority, and we therefore support our government’s regulations and procedures to curb the spread of this virus pandemic.

With the recent developments the Government has announced a phased approach to ease the total lock down measures and loosening restraints on some industries, in an effort to get the economy back on track. An announcement was then made to implement 5 levels of lock down severity going forward.  This essentially means that some economic activity will come back online as we progress from level 5 to level 4 effective 1 May 2020.

Under the level 4 regulations which was announced by the government, we as a supplier will be in a position to open for trade on a limited basis and within the confines of the set out guidelines.

What does this mean:

BMI Coverland will open its sales offices and will supply registered and documented essential service providers either through collection from our individual sales offices, or by way of a limited delivery service.

The required permit must accompany your order and the goods supplied must be solely for the purposes of essential repair at residential homes and entities or any project related to the provision of water, electricity or any other outlines essential service, or for the provision of essential emergency repair.  Should you have a permit allowing you to trade we will then be in a position to supply.

We have stock at our various sales locations and it is therefore imperative that stock availability of specific products is checked prior to collection or entering into any binding agreements with your customers.

Operating Hours:

Starting 4 May 2020 we will be operating from 8am - 12 pm on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays.

These are tentative operating times and can be adjusted as our trading environment allows and the need arises to change.

We will continue to assess and monitor the situation on a day by day basis and will advise of any changes.  It is important for BMI Coverland to comply with the set out rules and regulations, therefore if Government should make any changes we will adapt accordingly.

If you do require a quotation that falls outside the essential service framework or just require more information on our products and systems you can email us at info.sa@bmigroup.com or click on the link below and complete our online contact form and we will get in touch to assist you with your request.
