What is the 231 organizational model
In order to align its control system with the needs expressed by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and to further strengthen its governance systems, Monier S.r.l. considered it appropriate to launch a specific project aimed at adapting the risk prevention and management system inspired both by the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and by the principles already rooted in the governance culture of the Monier Group as well as by the indications contained in the guidelines of Confindustria. The project was concluded with the approval, on November 5, 2012, by the BoD of Model 231 and with the drafting of the Principles of Model 231 which also has the function of integrating the behaviors indicated in the Group Code of Conduct.


On the occasion of the approval of Model 231, a Supervisory Body was also appointed consisting of:

Dr. Luca Pandini (President)
Carlo Bertacchi
Dr. Franz Zingerle
The following tasks have been assigned to this body:
- verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the Model also in terms of correspondence between the operational methods adopted in practice and the procedures formally provided for by the Model itself;
- verify the persistence over time of the efficiency and effectiveness requirements of the Model;
- oversee, develop and promote the constant updating of the Model;


Any violation or suspected violation of Model 231 must be reported to the Supervisory Body.
