Clients can access the system via the internet in real-time to run reports, check inventory levels or perform other various customized tasks as appropriate for their project. Clients may also enter Purchase Order information (quantities/due dates) for incoming inventory, which is used to notify consumers or CSR’s of any possible backorders or shipment delays.

Your customers can check their order status, track shipments or request a Merchandise Return label via a link from your website. For continuity and club programs, members may have the option change "settings" for their account, i.e. frequency, date of next shipment, quantity, payment options, # of installments, etc. and perform various other functions as required by each client. |

BMI uses email extensively throughout the fulfillment process. For clients, we set up the system to email reports to meet each client’s needs. Our reporting delivery system is completely flexible, so different reports can be sent at variable frequencies to variable recipients (i.e. inventory report to sales staff daily but accounting weekly, sales reports to sales staff with daily info as well as weekly and monthly summaries to additional recipients, etc). For customers/members, the system can generate emails to confirm order receipt, shipments (with hyperlink for tracking if applicable) or returns, to provide FTC/Delay notifications or other contacts as appropriate. We also implement and maintain websites for various custom applications, i.e. Rebate Approvals by regional managers, new account maintenance for B-2-B customers (i.e. establishing and maintaining credit and payment terms) and many other unique functions designed specifically to meet each client’s requirements.
