I-95 Northbound (from New York, Greenwich): Take exit 15 in CT (Route 7 Northbound). Follow Route 7 to exit 1 (Route 1). At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Belden Avenue. Go to the third traffic light and take a left onto Wall Street. Just after the 2nd traffic light, take the 2nd left onto Mechanic Street. BMI is on the left.

I-95 Southbound (from Boston, New Haven): Take exit 15. Bear to the left when the exit ramp splits (Route 7 Northbound). Follow Route 7 to exit 1 (Route 1). At the end of the ramp take a right onto Belden Avenue. Go to the third traffic light and take a left onto Wall Street. Just after the 2nd traffic light, take the 2nd left onto Mechanic Street. BMI is on the left.

Merrit Parkway Northbound (from New York, Greenwich): Take exit 39A (Rt. 7 south). Follow Route 7 to exit 1 (Route 1). At the end of the ramp, go right at the light onto Route 1. At the first traffic light, go right onto Belden Avenue. Go to the fourth traffic light and take a left onto Wall Street. Just after the 2nd traffic light, take the 2nd left onto Mechanic Street. BMI is on the left.

Merrit Parkway Southbound (from Hartford, New Haven): Take exit 40A (old Rt. 7/Main St.). At the light take a right onto Main Street. Follow Main Street all the way to the end (Wall Street). Go right onto Wall Street and take the first right onto Mechanic Street. BMI is on the left.

I-84 (E or W) or Route 7 Southbound (from Danbury): From I-84 in either direction, take exit 3 for Route 7 South. Follow Route 7 all the way into Norwalk (approx. 15 miles from I-84). After passing Walmart on left, stay in right lane and follow signs to stay on Route 7 South (right at Dept. of Motor Vehicles and then left onto Rt. 7 Connector). Follow Route 7 to exit 1 (Route 1). At the end of the ramp, go right at the light onto Route 1. At the first traffic light, go right onto Belden Avenue. Go to the fourth traffic light and take a left onto Wall Street. Just after the 2nd traffic light, take the 2nd left onto Mechanic Street. BMI is on the left.
